Event Type Payments

The Payments feature allows you to collect payments when someone is booking a meeting with you. This applies if you are offering paid consultations or coaching sessions. This feature can be turned on per Event Type.

To turn on the Payments on your Event booking, please follow these steps:

Creating a new Event Type

1. Click Event Types at the side panel of the Telloe Dashboard.

2. Click Add Event Type. You can follow the steps on this link: Creating Event Types.

3. Click Advanced at the left-hand side menu.

4. Tick the box for Require payment on booking.

5. Click Payment at the left-hand side menu.

6. Enter the default rate and select the currency.

6. Hit Create.

Editing an Event Type

1. Click Event Types at the side panel of the Telloe Dashboard.

2. Search the Event Type that you would like to update and click the gear icon in the top right of the desired event.

3. Click Advanced at the left-hand side menu.

4. Tick the box for Require payment on booking.

5. Click Payment at the left-hand side menu.

6. Enter the default rate and select the currency.

7. Hit Save to apply changes.

Once the Payments is turned on, your clients will see an option to make a payment when booking a meeting on your Telloe Profile page.
